Ron Avirett, the appellant in this case, asks us to review the soundness of a judgment predicated on a jury verdict. The jury concluded that Avirett is liable in his personal capacity under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for his participation in a police search of an apartment building in Bovina, Texas.
