PER CURIAM:

A.V.A. Enterprises, Inc. (AVA) acquired the Polynesian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, in May of 1985. Vincent DeLillo and Andrew DeLillo, Sr. were the only shareholders of AVA. Trident Construction Corp., (Trident) entered into a standard form owner/contractor agreement with the Polynesian Hotel, whereby Trident was to supervise a large scale remodel of the casino.
