Jose Oscar Cantu appeals his conviction by a jury of conspiracy to import in excess of 100 grams of heroin, 21 U.S.C. § 963, two counts of importing heroin, 21 U.S.C. § 952(a), conspiracy to distribute in excess of 100 grams of heroin, 21 U.S.C. § 846, and two counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
