Plaintiffs brought this action pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq. (ADEA). Plaintiffs alleged that their former employer, Libbey-Owens-Ford Company (LOF) discharged them because of their age. Following a trial in district court, the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiffs, and awarded damages to both plaintiffs.
