This cause is reversed and remanded to the Circuit Court of Wilcox County where that court shall conduct an additional evidentiary hearing on the merits of the appellant, Otis Jackson, Jr.'s, petition under A.R.Crim.P. (Temp.), 20. This action is on authority of Jackson v. State, 548 So.2d 1370 (Ala.1989).
