BOWES, Judge.

Defendant, Wallace Davis, appeals his conviction for possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance. LSA-R.S. 40:967. We affirm.

Mr. Davis was charged by bill of information for possession of five kilograms of cocaine with intent to distribute. At his arraignment, he pled not guilty as charged and then filed a motion to suppress evidence, which was denied. On January 17, 1989, the defendant entered a plea of guilty as charged...
