Reliable Janitorial Service, Inc., Reliable Carpet Cleaning, Inc., and Sentry Mutual Insurance Company ("Sentry") filed an action against AmSouth Bank, N.A. ("AmSouth"). The two "Reliable" corporations (which shall sometimes be referred to together as "Reliable") alleged that AmSouth converted checks made payable to the corporations and that AmSouth negligently or willfully and wantonly diverted the funds from checks made payable to the corporations...
