Dwayne L. Dobson was hired by Rumsey Davidge to remove several trees from Davidge's property which were located approximately two to three feet from a ten foot right-of-way owned by LP & L adjacent to the east boundary of the Davidge property. Overhead electric distribution lines were located on the right-of-way at a height of 17 feet.
