In this suit both the defendant uninsured motorist carrier and the plaintiff question the judgment in favor of plaintiff for the injuries sustained by her minor daughter after the girl exited her boyfriend's pickup truck. Plaintiff had filed suit against the driver of the vehicle, John Reeves, his alleged insurer, and her own underinsured/uninsured motorist benefits carrier, Hartford Insurance Company.
