Forester appeals from the sentence imposed on resentencing of his conviction for possession of phenyl-2-proponone (P2P) with intent to manufacture methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Originally, Forester was convicted of both attempt to manufacture methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 (Count 1) and possession of P2P (Count 2), and sentenced to 2 consecutive 6-year terms...
