These appeals are from orders entered by the district court in the Energy Cooperative, Inc. ("ECI") bankruptcy proceeding approving a Settlement Agreement and granting injunctive relief. The Settlement Agreement resolves nine lawsuits and several years of litigation. The parties to the Settlement Agreement are Jay A. Steinberg, the trustee in bankruptcy for ECI (the "Trustee"), the shareholders of ECI (known as the "Member-Owners"
