Ex proprio motu, we dismiss this appeal as moot.

The issue presented on appeal to this court is whether four duly licensed veterinarians employed by the Louisiana Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) are "having professional association with any person practicing veterinary medicine unlawfully" in violation of La.R.S. 37:1526 A(7). The licenses of the four veterinarians were suspended by the Louisiana
