Gerald Eugene Stano appeals the district court's denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1982). Stano asserts fourteen errors claiming violations of his rights under the fifth, sixth, eighth and fourteenth amendments to the United States Constitution. Among the violations, Stano claims a denial of his right to state-held exculpatory evidence concerning both the guilt/innocence and sentencing phases...
