Nelson R. Touchet filed suit against State Farm Fire & Casualty Company, the homeowner's insurer of his son, Jacob Touchet, for personal injury he received in an accident which occurred on Jacob Touchet's property. The accident occurred on September 11, 1984. Nelson Touchet filed suit on January 17, 1986. State Farm filed a peremptory exception of prescription.
