This is a civil service appeal. Plaintiff, Glen Dyer, was fired from his position as a police officer with the City of Oakdale. The Oakdale Municipal Fire and Police Civil Service Board (the Board) upheld plaintiff's dismissal after a hearing. Plaintiff appealed to the district court which reversed the Board's decision.
