NEWMAN, Judge.

Petitioner, a real estate broker, petitions for review of respondent Commissioner's order that suspended his license for eight months. We affirm.

Petitioner was the president and one of two shareholders of Atka Construction, Inc. (Atka), which constructed and sold residential housing. It is not a real estate licensee.
