The United States appeals the district court's suppression of evidence prior to the trial of defendants, George Lott and Edward Turner. Both defendants were indicted on two counts: (1) possession of firearms by a felon, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1); and (2) interstate transportation of stolen firearms, 18 U.S.C. § 922(i).
