This action has cumulated causes of action in tort and workers' compensation. The tort cause of action asserts a claim for damages arising out of a vehicular collision, wherein a vehicle being driven by the plaintiff and another vehicle struck each other. The plaintiff's wife asserts a claim of loss of consortium therein. Made defendants are the employer of the driver of the vehicle which struck the vehicle being driven by the plaintiff and the employer...
