Appellant Glenwood M. Ford and his co-defendant Timothy A. Green were indicted and charged with conspiracy to distribute phencyclidine, 21 U.S.C. § 846, and aiding and abetting in the distribution of phencyclidine ("PCP") 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
