This is an appeal by David and Sarah Combs from the district court's dismissal of their action asserting civil RICO and pendent state common law and statutory claims against James and Tamara Bakker and Richard Dortch arising from the defendants' allegedly fraudulent sale to the Combs of a "lifetime partnership" in the "PTL" enterprise.
