Defendant-Appellant Malcolm Greyson (hereinafter "Greyson") appeals his conviction for the murder, under Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS") § 707-701 (1985),1 of his infant son Eric Paul Greyson (hereinafter "the Victim").
