Appellants appeal from so much of a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Sweet, J.) as denied their motion to compel the government to revoke appellees' tax-exempt status under 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3).1 We hold that appellant Fulani did have standing to challenge the tax-exempt status of appellees.
