This case is before the court for the second time. Therefore, we shall not repeat the basic facts of the case. A complete rendition can be found in our earlier opinion. See United States v. Talkington, 843 F.2d 1041 (7th Cir.1988). At that time, we determined that the state of the record and the findings of the district court did not afford us an adequate basis for review of the defendant's contentions...
