Appellant Palmaria Brown ("Brown") was convicted of five out of six counts of distribution of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Brown was also convicted of one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
