This case calls upon us to perform the task of statutory interpretation. Specifically, we are called upon to interpret the 1984 amendments to the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act ("LHWCA") 33 U.S.C. § 901, et seq (1984), as they relate to the apportionment of attorney's fees in tort suits under the LHWCA.
