The defendant, Ronnie Glenn Davis, was indicted on charges of armed robbery, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64; aggravated crime against nature, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:89.1; and aggravated rape, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42. After a jury trial on the three-count indictment, the defendant was convicted of first degree robbery, aggravated crime against nature, and aggravated rape.
