FOIL, Judge.

In this suit for worker's compensation benefits, we are asked to review the trial court's ruling that plaintiff is entitled to benefits as well as penalties and attorney's fees for prosecuting this claim. After a thorough review of the record, we affirm and increase the award for attorney's fees.
