This appeal was taken from the dismissal of plaintiff's UM carrier on a plea of prescription. James Thomas filed suit for injuries received in an automobile accident that occurred on September 17, 1980. His vehicle was involved in a collision with a vehicle owned by Rent-A-Car Cheap, Inc.
