This is an action to review the administrative denial of supplemental security income benefits. Plaintiff filed the benefit application involved in this case in 1981. After exhausting all avenues of administrative appeal provided by the defendant Secretary of Health and Human Services, she began the present case in 1983. The following year, this court affirmed the Secretary's decision to deny benefits, and dismissed the complaint...
