The opinion of the Court in this cause handed down on June 14, 1989, is withdrawn and the following opinion is substituted therefor.

The trial court charged the jury on murder, voluntary manslaughter, and involuntary manslaughter, as well as self-defense. However, the trial court refused Lawson's requested charges on aggravated assault and criminally negligent homicide, and overruled his Cobarrubio
