Donald Nasworthy was charged with the armed robbery of Mary McKearnan and was found guilty as charged. La.R.S. 14:64. He was thereafter found to be a multiple offender and sentenced to fifty years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. La.R.S. 15:529.1.
