Schwegmann Giant Supermarket, Inc. (hereafter referred to as Schwegmann) appeals a judgment which awarded David Griffin damages for personal injuries received when he allegedly consumed adulterated food purchased from defendant's store. Since we find plaintiff failed to prove his case, we reverse the judgment of the district court on the main demand. We affirm the judgment on the third party demand which sought indemnification and we amend the judgment...
