James B. and Marie McMillan sued Walton B. Noble for $538,000.00 in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Noble was personally served in New Orleans with the summons and complaint pursuant to the Nevada Long Arm Statute, N.R.S. 14.065(1), (2).
