In this medical malpractice action, appellant claims the trial court erred (1) in denying his motion to stay appellee Washington Hospital Center's (WHC's) motion for summary judgment pending further discovery and (2) in granting WHC's motion.1 We affirm without addressing the first issue, for we conclude appellant has failed to show that either the facts of record or those he hopes to establish through discovery...
