At the initial trial in this case, the jury found that defendant1 wrongfully terminated the partnership he had with plaintiffs and awarded plaintiffs $30,091,341.21. On appeal, the Second Circuit reversed and remanded for a new trial. Lamborn v. Dittmer, 873 F.2d 522 (2d Cir.1989).
