The plaintiff, Alicia De Pantosa Saenz, appeals a final judgment in which the trial court dismissed her legal claims for damages against the defendants because she had elected the equitable remedy of rescission concerning one of the defendants. We reverse the final judgment in favor of Mr. Rigau and his professional association because the plaintiff's substantive rights against her former attorney are not barred by the equitable remedy she received...
