ZIMMERMAN, Justice:

Defendant Rulon Duane Willden appeals his conviction of soliciting sexual conduct in violation of section 12.45.010 of the Provo City ordinances. He claims that section 12.45.010 is unconstitutionally overbroad. We agree that the ordinance violates the free speech clause of the first amendment to the United States Constitution, U.S. Const. amend. I, and we reverse the conviction.
