SEXTON, Judge.

The defendant, Willie Earl Hollingsworth, was charged by bill of information with attempted second degree murder and convicted after trial by jury of attempted manslaughter. Defendant was sentenced to ten and one-half years at hard labor, the maximum punishment for the offense. Defendant appeals, raising three assignments of error. Finding each assignment of error meritless, we affirm.
