Ralph Tolman (Tolman) appeals from his conviction of tampering with a witness, a class A misdemeanor in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-8-508 (1978), and official misconduct, a class B misdemeanor in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-8-201 (1978).
