This is an appeal of the summary denial of the appellant's Rule 20, Temp.A.R. Crim.P., petition.

In 1983, the appellant, who was serving two prior sentences for murder, was convicted of escape in the first degree, in violation of § 13A-10-31(a)(2), Code of Alabama (1975). Pursuant to the Habitual Felony Offender Act, the appellant was sentenced to a term of 99 years' imprisonment. Direct appeal was made to this Court, which affirmed...
