We review the unanimous recommendation of the Review Department of the State Bar Court that petitioner Irving J. Levin be suspended from the practice of law for three years. The department recommended that such suspension be stayed on the condition that Levin be placed on probation for three years and be actually suspended for the first six months of the probationary period.
