This is a wrongful death action brought in federal court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction. On appeal, we address the propriety of the district court's refusal, during trial, to admit into evidence the opinions and conclusions contained in an OSHA investigative report. In light of the Supreme Court's intervening decision of Beech Aircraft v. Rainey, ___ U.S. ___, 109 S.Ct. 439, 102 L.Ed.2d 445 (1988), we remand this case to the district...
