PER CURIAM.

The issue in this case is whether the district court1 abused its discretion in denying a motion by the claimant's attorney to hold the Secretary of Health and Human Services in contempt for failure to comply with the district court's order awarding attorney's fees. Because the Secretary fully complied with the order, we affirm.
