This appeal arises from an appeal on behalf of defendant, Clyde Schneider (Schneider). Schneider was charged by bill of information with three counts of armed robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. A jury found him guilty as charged on two counts. He was sentenced to serve fifty years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence on each count.
