Defendant Storer Broadcasting Company appeals the final judgment of the district court, entered pursuant to a jury verdict, awarding plaintiff Kenneth Bankey damages of Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($55,000.00) in this diversity action alleging that defendant breached its employment contract with plaintiff when it terminated plaintiff's employment.
