The issue in this appeal is whether the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board (Board) applied the correct legal test in deciding that Donald Childs was not an employee of Kalgin Island Lodge (Lodge) after he performed various work-related tasks for the Lodge. Childs claims that he was injured in an auto accident while employed by the Lodge. He filed a claim under the Alaska's Workers' Compensation Act (Act), but was denied coverage...
