Grush and United Service Automobile Asso. appeal a judgment entered on a jury verdict, awarding $710,000 to plaintiff Marcia Shroyer, as provisional tutrix of the minor, Trina L. Joy, and $45,000 to plaintiff Rick Wayne Joy. Alternatively, the plaintiffs challenge the jury's awarding damages for loss of life, pre-death injury and pain and suffering, and wrongful death.
