This is a lawyer disciplinary proceeding instituted by the Oregon State Bar against John L. Collins. The Bar charges that Collins violated ORS 137.077,1 by disclosing information from a presentence report (PSR) to a crime victim and that he thereby also violated former DR 1-102(A)(5) [current DR 1-102(A)(4)]2 and DR 7-102(A)(8)3 of the Code of Professional Responsibility...
