This lawsuit pits Conan of Cimmeria, the Barbarian, against He-Man of Eternia, a Master of the Universe, two warriors who have been fighting for five years on anomalous terrain: the courtroom, instead of the battlefield. In 1984, Conan Properties, Inc. sued Mattel, Inc., alleging copyright infringement, trademark infringement, unfair competition, dilution, breach of contract, and fraud.
