Harold Davey Cassell appeals from an order of the District Court1 denying his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The sole issue before us is whether Cassell's conviction for capital murder was supported by sufficient evidence. We find that it was and affirm the denial of his petition.
